Hi, how are you ... hope your DA experience is going okay. As I mentioned in a private note to you, your friend ~fromashell steals artwork.

Too cool to be a fraud?

The *original* artist of that work is a live journal user, a friend of mine named __lavantgarde. You can see her work at

DA user ~fromashell is now listed as BANNED on DA. DA only does this when they can unmistakably prove that the person was stealing copyrighted artwork.

You might want to consider unadding her as a friend?

Take a look at her status on her DA gallery. She has been banned from DeviantArt for stealing others' artwork and posting it as her own. Her status lists her as banned.

If you had sent me a note back, I could have cleared this up for you ... hope this helps.

People cheat at everything, it seems, although I never did ... they cheat at school, on tests ... I never did ... but to steal someone else's artwork takes an amazing amount of nerve and self-loathing, if someone thinks they are so un-cool that they can't come up with their own ideas and have to steal someone else's ... feh.

That was never her artwork, and to hear anyone say or think otherwise really bothers me. Take a look at the *real* artist's site ... the *real* artist found out because a mutual friend of the *real* artist and ~fromashell happened to notice that his friend "T" (~fromashell) looked "a lot like" the *real* artist. Well, of course ~fromashell did; because that isn't her in the photo; it is the *real* artist! (link above)

Also note that ~fromashell used to have a live journal account which she recently deleted due to the embarrassment this caused.

but all you will get by going there is a dead link because fromashell deleted it out of embarrassment.

I am sure she will resurface under another name and once again start posting "cool" artwork that she steals. The world has no use for people like this.
